Ordering guide
From the current menu to a clear order status
The bakery is made-to-order, so the process begins with current availability. These steps explain the normal path without promising a product, date, fulfillment method, or payment option that is not currently enabled.
1. Find the right product
Use This Week for the published weekly bake or All Products to browse the broader catalog. Open the product detail to review its actual description, ingredients, allergens, variants, and availability.
- Choose the size or variant
- Select required options
- Add optional extras
- Pick an eligible date when requested
2. Review the bag and fulfillment
The bag keeps the selections attached to each line. Checkout validates them again against current product status, availability, date rules, fulfillment settings, and pricing before an order can be created.
3. Submit, request, or pay
An available item can follow the direct ordering path when checkout is enabled. A request-only date goes to Herlinda for approval and should not be treated as confirmed until its status changes. Payment availability is shown in the live order flow.
4. Follow the order
Keep the private receipt link or sign in to view order history. Customer-facing statuses distinguish awaiting payment, payment confirmed, being made, ready, out for delivery when applicable, completed, cancelled, and refunded.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need an account?
Guest ordering is supported when checkout is available. An account provides order history, saved addresses, profile settings, and request tracking.
Is a product request a confirmed order?
No. A request needs Herlinda's approval. Watch the request status and follow the next step presented by the app.
Why did availability change after I added an item?
The server rechecks the product, date, and current store rules during checkout so a stale or no-longer-valid selection cannot create an incorrect order.
Where can I see an existing order?
Signed-in customers can use Account → Orders. Guest customers use the private receipt link created for their order.
