Herlinda's (“we,” “us,” “our”) operates herlindas.com. This policy explains what information we collect from customers and how we use it.

Information we collect

• Name, email address, and (optionally, at checkout) phone number.
• Delivery address, only if you choose local delivery.
• Order history, order contents, and any notes you add to an order.
• Payment card details are entered directly with Stripe, our payment processor — we do not receive or store your full card number.

How we use it

• To take, prepare, and fulfill your order (pickup or local delivery).
• To send you order confirmations, pickup/delivery updates, and receipts.
• To let you sign in and view your order history if you create an account.
• We do not sell your personal information.

Service providers who process your information on our behalf

Running this website means some of your information passes through the providers we use to operate it:

• Stripe — processes your payment.
• Supabase — hosts our customer database and handles account sign-in, including sending account-related emails (such as a sign-in link) and, if you choose it, signing in with your Google account.
• Resend — sends transactional emails, such as order confirmations and pickup/delivery updates.
• Google — if you choose “Continue with Google” to sign in, Google shares your name and email address with us to create or match your account. We never see or store your Google password.
• Vercel — hosts the website itself; standard web request data (like your IP address) passes through it to load the site, as with any website.

We do not sell your information, and we don’t share it with anyone beyond what’s needed to run the site and fulfill your order, and as required by law. We do not use a third-party delivery service — local delivery is fulfilled directly by Herlinda's.

How long we keep it

We retain order and account records for as long as reasonably necessary for order fulfillment, accounting, legal, fraud-prevention, and other business-record purposes. You may ask us to delete your account and associated personal information by contacting us at hello@conamorbyher.com.

Your choices

• You can update your account information at any time by signing in.
• You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete it by contacting us at hello@conamorbyher.com.
